Yann Allemann, with academic credentials in mechanical engineering and economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, transitioned from a structural engineer role at Ferrari to exploring the financial sector. Born in Brazil and lived in various South American countries, Yann observed the challenges of inflation and financial instability firsthand. His interest in economic systems grew stronger with the rise of Bitcoin which ultimately led him to co-establish Swissblock. With his diverse background, Yann offers a fresh perspective on both engineering and financial ecosystems.
Andres Pavia
Co Founder
Andy Pavia has academic credentials in computer science and financial systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He started his career at Microsoft and moved into the world of startups and finance. He has served in multiple boards and acted as a c-level executive. Andy’s passion lies in technology and harnessing blockchain’s potential to promote global economic inclusion by creating a more extendible and composable financial system where rule sets can be enacted through smart contract that can reduce bias towards users around the world.
Marco Di Cecco
Co Founder | Head of Data Science
Marco Di Cecco is Co-Founder and Head of Data Science of Swissblock Technologies. He earned a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering at Bologna University, and a Master Degree in Vehicle Engineering at Modena and Reggio Emilia University. After 10 years in Ferrari Formula 1 team, first as Structural Engineer and later as Vehicle Dynamicist, he moved into the digital finance space to apply complex models to fintech data.
Luca D'Agostino
Co Founder | CRO (Chief Research Officer)
After an engineering university path in Italy, Luca transitioned from a PhD focused on advanced optimization techniques into a structural and innovation engineer role at Ferrari. Passionate about new technologies, Luca developed an early interest in blockchains and cryptocurrencies and became co-founder of Swissblock. The evolving niche experience and interest in financial sector challenges led to his commitment. Luca brings a firm belief in a growth mindset and an eclectic view on future challenges.

Jan Happel is the Co-Founder and CEO of Glassnode and Founder of ACCOINTING.com and Swissblock Technologies. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
